SMT-350H series of high-performance pumping agent
SMT-350H series is a new compound product taking a polycarboxylate efficient (high-performance) water-reducing agent as the basic materials.
A: the scope of application:
variety of ready-mixed concrete
B: the main performance:
1,the transparent liquid, density 1.060 ± 0.020g / ml. low Sodium sulfate content, almost no chlorine salt, non-toxic and corrosive, no precipitate.
2, concrete water reduction rate is 25% even more, save more than 15% of cement, more coal ash, mineral powder content , better economic results.
3, non-ionic pumping agent, concrete slump loss within 24 hours is very small.
4, Applicable to high-quality fluidized plasticized concrete because of its plasticity
5, Applicable to high strength (C60-C80), high elasticity, high impermeability, low shrinkage, low creep and good durability of high-performance concrete.
C: the recommended dosage:
Recommended dosage: 0.5-1.5% of the gel material, commonly used content : 1.0-1.2%, the real dosage should be determined by the test according to the needs.
D: Usage
Together with concrete material and water, if the delay mixing, the better result.
E: Matters need attention:
1, conflict with other types of admixtures such as naphthalene series, therefore, mixed package & other admixtures are forbidden. The tank should be cleaned before the admixture replacing, it is best to use dedicated storage tank.
2, pay attention to the mixing quality and mechanical equipment and feeding sequence during the preparation of high-strength concrete,
3, the fresh concrete test should be done to confirm the adaptability of cement before the replacement of cement varieties
4, seal storage, to avoid sun, rain and cold.
5, shelf life:6 months, over shelf life, re-test needed before use.

SMT-300H series of high-performance pumping agent
SMT-300H series is a kind of concrete of pumping agent to meet the Chinese Building Materials Industry Standard JC473-2001
A: the scope of application:
Premixed pumping concrete, commercial concrete, reinforced concrete , prestressed
reinforced concrete & large flow concrete etc.
B: the main performance:
1:principal component: Naphthalene, Aliphatic material, chocolate-brown liquid, density ≥ 1.18g/ml, non-toxic, no smell, no burning, no corrosion of steel bars
2, Recommended dosage of SMT-300H into fresh concrete, water reduction rate ≥18% (due to different types of cement). Obviously improve the workability of concrete, no bleeding, no segregation, low slump loss, good water retention, compressive strength and flexural strength, anti permeability etc physical and mechanical properties.
3,SMT-300H has Strong adaptability to various cements, better ability after adaptation.C30-C60 commercial concrete also made from SMT-300H.

C: the recommended dosage:
: 1.0-2.0% of the gel material, commonly used content : 1.5-1.8%, adjustment of dosage according to temperature, material situation, concrete grade,& transportation time etc. With the increase of amount, the concrete setting time is prolonged.
D: Usage
Together with concrete material and water, if the delay mixing, the better result.
